The Dollyrots Announce Live DVD & Album

THE DOLLYROTS GET SET FOR SUMMER/FALL DATES WITH FRIENDS BOWLING FOR SOUP

BAND LAUNCHES PLEDGE MUSIC CAMPAIGN TODAY TO CROWDFUND A LIVE ALBUM AND DVD TENTATIVELY CALLED, IT ISN’T EASY BEING AWESOME: THE DOLLYROTS LIVE IN THE USA OUT LATER THIS YEAR

The Dollyrots get set for uncontainable fun as they gear up to hit the road with friends Bowling For Soup!  Summer and Fall US dates kicking off June 4 in Austin, TX.

Today, the duo launches their 3rd crowdfunded project and you are all invited to join in the fun. The end result is a live album and DVD tentatively called, It Isn’t Easy Being Awesome: The Dollyrots Live in the USA to be released this fall. Of course, there will be plenty of pledger only exclusives and unique items like tour guitars, videochats, surprise goodie boxes, backstage passes, tour experiences and much more. As always, regardless of what you order, all pledgers will receive the digital download of the live album the moment it’s ready for release and before the general public gets their hands on it.

The duo’s latest album, Barefoot And Pregnant produced by the band and John Fields is out now on Arrested Youth/Hunnypot Records and garnered their first chart appearance with a peak #7 on Billboard’s Heatseekers Albums and followed a highly successful crowd sourcing campaign through PledgeMusic. The follow-up to the group’s 2012’s self-titled LP, two albums on Joan Jett’s Blackheart Records, and a 2004 debut through Lookout/Panic Button Records.
