We’re very excited today to bring you the exclusive premiere of the brand new song “Crossing The Line” from the Orange County, California indie-pop artist Brandon Wildish. The track is from his upcoming EP entitled Other Side that’s set for release on 10/21. “Crossing the Line” is ultimately about Brandon’s failed marriage, as he describes his lackluster application of life lessons to preserve his relationship.
Brandon Wildish first picked up the guitar a little over 15 years ago and has been a gigging musician for 12 of those years. Early in his career he played intimate settings such as small venues and coffee shops. Years later he helped create the alternative rock group called Hope Departed. Brandon was in this band for several years and had an opportunity to play with other great bands like Bad Religion, Cotton Mouth Kings, Pepper, A Static Lullaby, Over It, and more.
Now, Brandon is playing as a solo acoustic guitarist and vocalist. He has specifically built and styled a pedal board to expand his musical repertoire and perform the functions of a 1-man-band. Though Brandon does have original tracks (album Simplicities available on iTunes) he has a song list of covers that roughly spans 6 hours of material. Brandon has designed this set list to cover a wide range of musical styles including classic rock, contemporary top 40, comical, mellow, mid-range, and high intensity tracks. Brandon has all the instrumental and sound equipment necessary to perform live. Brandon is available for most kinds of venues; be it bar/restaurant, private parties, weddings, and more.
