The Blood Moon Howlers Unveil New Unplugged Digital Single

The American neo-psych three piece The Blood Moon Howlers are serving up another taste of deliciousness from their musical café. The band is releasing a new unplugged single today consisting of an acoustic version of “Lady Daydream” which was originally found on their Wasteland EP. The B-side is an acoustic version of the Creedence Clearwater Revival classic “Have You Ever Seen the Rain?” The band had this to say about their new release:

“The reason we decided to do a digital single is, we wanted to give everyone a little something extra to listen to while we are currently writing our next EP. We are also big fans of bands doing multiple versions of their songs so that’s why we chose to do this version of “Lady Daydream.” As for “Have You Ever Seen the Rain” we thought our version of the song went well with “Lady Daydream” and who isn’t a Creedence fan?!” ~ The Blood Moon Howlers

The Blood Moon Howlers are an American neo-psych three-piece rock band formed in Los Angeles, CA. The band features dual male and female lead vocals with flecks of smokey New Orleans burlesque jazz, blues and heavier rock. The core members are Matt Corette (guitar, lead vocals) and JuJu (bassist/lead vocals). Their multi-genre fused songwriting is heavily influenced by a variety of artists including Tom Waits, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Queens of the Stone Age, Muse, Danny Elfman, Queen, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin and CCR.
